Refusjoner og Returer

Vi lar våre kunder prøve produktet vårt i 3 dager. I løpet av denne tiden vil de ikke bli belastet med mindre under spesielle omstendigheter**

**Spesielle forhold: når leveringen tar lengre tid enn 14 dager, må vi belaste innen 1-2 etter at produktet er mottatt for å respektere kontantstrømmen og forretningsmodellen vår.

I løpet av denne 3-dagers prøveperioden har kunden rett til å kommunisere til contact@osloreaders.com for å vise sin misnøye om noen med en eller alle varene mottatt og sende bevis på varene som er sendt tilbake.

Når det siste er utført, vil ikke klienten bli belastet på sin betalingsmåte for de 689 kr som hviler.

I tilfelle kunden ikke kommuniserer sin misnøye, antar vi at han er fornøyd med det mottatte produktet og betalingsmåten vil bli belastet.

Viktig notat:
Ingen refusjon vil bli sendt inn etter at betalingsmåten er belastet uten unntak.

Butikken vår tar en høy risiko ved å sende brillene våre til kundene for deres prøveperiode; inkludert også mulige refusjoner etter 3 dagers prøveperiode når kundene belastes gjør at vår forretningsmodell ikke er mulig, grunnen til at vi må være veldig seriøse med dette. We do allow our customers to try our product for 3 days. During this time they will not be charged unless in special circumstances**

Important Note:
No refund will be submitted after the payment method is charged with no exception.

Our store takes a high risk by sending our glasses to customers for their trial; including also possible refunds after the 3 days trial when customers are charged makes our business model not possible, reason why we must be very serious about this. Hope you as a client can understand.
